A Little Backround

Hi everyone. This is Tony Allinger, one the founders of the HUB HOME TEAM and I wanted to share a little history of who we are where we have been and where we are going. Chris Mesker (the other founder) and I have been friends for the better part of twenty years. Our families live within 15 miles of each other here in the beautiful Sierra Foothills. Chris and I have been business colleagues and our kids do community sports together. We are both entrepreneurs and have had several successful businesses individually. My background is in business consulting www.boldbusinesses.com and Chris is a sales trainer and internet marketing wiz kid. Chris and I have talked often over the last several years about collaborating on a venture together. We had several conversations around philosophical topics like “The Secret” dvd and demonstrating abundance and how we might work together to help others.

In June of this year Chris was exposed to Humanity Unites brilliance, this perfect work from home business opportunity that also did good in the world. Once I saw the information on HUB I was sold on the idea and Chris and I immediately began our partnership in building a team. We wanted to create and environment that allowed everyone that joined our team to be supported to highest extent in their own personal success. We contacted other likeminded friends that we knew had success in life and business, and ask them if they would like to join our team. To our gratitude they said yes and in a few days we had assembled a core group of diverse, highly talented individuals. Our first tier members are successful participants from sales and marketing, organizational structuring and multilevel marketing fields. Another important aspect is that we all followed the same high ethical and spiritual lifestyle.

The vision for our team is to help everyone that is interested make the most out of this work at home opportunity. We knew many would come for the business opportunity and many for the humanitarian aid aspect of Humanity Unites Brilliance. Most that have shown interest and signed up have a soulful combination of the two. Let me outline a little about HUB. Hub is a multilevel marketing business format, there are lots of those around doing great business. The significant difference is that at the end of the month your participation results in real, on the ground humanitarian aid versus a bar of soap or nutritional supplement, not that there is anything wrong with that. In Hub’s back office you have found a global community of likeminded people that you can connect with for personal, spiritual and business growth. The back office also includes motivation videos and information from the world leaders on the subjects. Our team also has added resources to make your journey a little straighter. We have marketing materials for face to face or internet marketing success. We will have our own team calls that will cover person growth, spiritual intention and business success. We are in the process of setting up a team website that will make access to your tools and resources a breeze. We also are available to you for any special attention you may need. We suggest that you first go through you sponsor or the person you signed up with and then contact us for additional instruction and information. This helps the entire team tell the HUB story and get proficient at using the tools.

In the future as our teams grow and nurture one another Chris and I will be adding every service and tool we can find to will help in your success. The following information contained here is designed to get you up and running with your HUB System quickly and as efficiently as possible. So pay very close attention to the details within this Blog. Take all the information you read here seriously, very seriously…

Most important of all things to remember... Make sure you play your best game of Simon Says! We are not only helping ourselves but we are creating the new paradigm shifts necessary to create global change. This is serious business.

The faster you implement every detail and strategy here…you’ll be that much closer to helping the world heal. As you read through these steps, know that systems have a way of changing, so we suggest you visit this blog once in a while for updates, as we may be updating these steps on a routine basis. Also, make sure to send your new members here as well... If something is not as it appears, please let us know right away…

One last item of importance; while this may appear to be a ton of information read carefully and take one "Step" at a time. The information contained here is designed to streamline your Tools and Systems setup process, so you will be ready to go faster and get into unlimited prosperity mode right away.

Step 1. The First Steps:

Set up your office for success… The first thing you want to do is set up a space in your home to launch your new business. It should be free & clear of clutter and bills. Have a phone with a really good headset ready (if you can find the Accent Communications AC-680, look for them at Office Depot, it’s the best one around for the money, $24.95, and it’s what I use today.)

Get an "Unlimited Long Distance Plan" (most major carriers offer a plan for the "US & Canada" at approximately $20-$35/month). Skype and Vonage are internet phone services that may offer more value. Also I hear Google talk is free but you must have a Gmail account. Gmail is an email account at google.com

There will be some TEAMHUB (our immediate team) training calls from time to time that you will be on, and you may want to touch base with the person that brought you into HUB, as well as all the people that will join you and your team.. Also, have a PC or MAC, a printer, and preferably a high-speed Internet connection to the Internet.

Step 2. Book of Business:

Open a Word document and save it to a folder labeled as HUB. Additionally, do the same on a back-up "Jump Drive" (the memory sticks that you plug into a USB port), so when you travel you will always have your numbers with you. In your Book of Business you’ll keep all-important files pertaining to your new HUB enterprise.

Include the following items in this file:

• Contact & email addresses for your Hubbie and their Hubbie
• Passwords and logins to all sites you will register on
• HUB contacts you will make along the way through your journey
• A 3way buddy list- A call schedule for training calls and access #'s
• All your registration and sign-up forms to HUB
• The HUB home office contact information – Phone, fax, and bank account #'s
• If you have a lawyer, accountant, bookkeeper… have their contact information on hand
• Anything that you feel will assist you add to this file.

Step 3. Download Firefox:

Firefox is a multi-tab web browser that allows you to have as many websites open as you like at one time, as opposed to using MSN Explorer that is a one-off web browser system that has limited functionality. Once you download Firefox, select it as your new default browser. Once you have Firefox open, click on file in the top left corner of the tools bar and open a new window, then a new tab. Look at the tabs bar at the top of your screen directly under your icons bar to locate all your tabs. Once you have opened up 10 or more tabs, you will see a scrolling tool and drop down box at the far right of the tabs bar – this is the coolest feature of the browser, and where the true value lies…

Step 4. Training Calls

This is priority one! Remember “Training Tuesdays” Make sure you commit to being on the training calls there a ton of hidden gems there. We only showed you one way of joining HUB but there are many ways to present HUB and the training is the key.

Every Tuesday we have 2 calls that the public is allowed on get your prospects there!

Charlie and others will be there to share the vision and they will do most the footwork to get you new Hubbies. All you have to do is get your prospects on the phone.

Be sure to get in on the Thursday compensation plan call. We didn’t do it for the first few weeks and when we finally called in we learned a few things that HUB offered us that we weren’t clear on! Below is the schedule. It also is on the training tab in your HUB back office.
